Terms of Service
Effective Date: May 19, 2026
We publish raw data. We test local search ranking factors. We share the results. By accessing localseorankingfactorspro.com, you agree to these terms. If you disagree with our methods or our rules, close the tab.
We built this resource for local SEO practitioners who want empirical evidence over theory. You get access to our case studies, our NAP consistency frameworks, and our map pack tracking data. In exchange, you play by our rules. Read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Your use of this website constitutes a binding agreement. You are accessing proprietary research on Google Business Profile optimization, review velocity metrics, and proximity signals. We provide this data to help you make informed decisions for your clients.
We do not tolerate scraping, content theft, or network abuse. You accept full responsibility for how you apply our findings in the field.
This is a professional resource. Act like a professional.
2. Intellectual Property and Data Ownership
Real local SEO requires heavy lifting. We spend months tracking citation consistency across 50 plus directories. We run controlled tests on GBP Q&A sections to capture featured snippets. We pay for the API credits. We do the manual verification.
That data belongs to us.
You cannot scrape, copy, or repackage our case studies. You cannot sell our map pack proximity maps to your clients as your own agency’s original research. We hold the copyright on all text, graphics, data sets, and testing methodologies published on this domain.
You can cite us. You can link to us. You must provide clear attribution when referencing our empirical data in your own content. Passing our hard-won operational data off as your own work will result in immediate legal action.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties
We test. We verify. We publish.
But we do not control the algorithm. Google updates its local search guidelines constantly. A tactic that pushes an HVAC contractor in Phoenix into the 3-pack today will sometimes trigger a soft suspension next month. We provide our findings for informational purposes only.
We offer zero guarantees that our exact methods will duplicate our exact results for your specific GBP listing. Your business category, your geographic density, and your existing backlink profile all change the math. A strategy that works for a personal injury lawyer in Chicago will fail for a boutique bakery in a rural town.
You apply our insights at your own risk. We do not provide professional legal, financial, or guaranteed marketing advice. We provide data driven observations based on our specific test environments.
4. Limitation of Liability
Local search is volatile. We hold no liability for your agency’s execution. If you misinterpret our data on keyword-stuffed business names and catch a hard suspension, that falls entirely on your shoulders.
We are not responsible for lost revenue, dropped rankings, or vanished map pack visibility. You operate your own local SEO campaigns. You make the final call on your client accounts.
If you build 100 citations with the wrong suite number because you misunderstood our NAP consistency guide, you fix it yourself. We will not compensate you for lost time, lost clients, or damaged search visibility. We provide the map. You drive the car.
5. Affiliate Disclosure and Tool Recommendations
We track thousands of local search queries. We use paid software to do it. Sometimes we link to those tools. Some of those links are affiliate links. If you click one and buy a subscription, we earn a commission.
We only link to citation builders, rank trackers, and review management platforms we actively deploy in our own agency operations. We rejected 14 different grid tracking tools before settling on the one we recommend. Our recommendations stem from operational friction, not payout percentages.
You are never obligated to use our links. You can search for the tools independently. We disclose this relationship to maintain transparency about how we fund our ongoing local search testing.
6. User Conduct and Community Standards
We maintain a high signal-to-noise ratio. We built this platform for high-resolution local SEO discussions. Do not pollute it.
- Do not scrape our site for AI training data.
- Do not spam our comment sections with exact-match anchor text links to your client’s plumbing website.
- Do not post fake case studies in our forums to sell your own services.
- Do not harass other practitioners who ask basic questions about proximity signals.
We monitor user activity. We ban IP addresses that violate these basic professional standards. We issue zero warnings.
7. Governing Law
These terms fall under the jurisdiction of our operating location. Any legal dispute regarding our local search data, our content, or these terms will be handled in our local courts.
We prefer to spend our time optimizing primary GBP categories, not dealing with legal friction. We will, however, defend our intellectual property aggressively. By using this site, you consent to this jurisdiction and waive any objections to venue.
8. Changes to These Terms
Algorithms update. So do our terms.
We update this page when necessary to reflect new operational realities or legal requirements. We do not send out mass emails every time we fix a typo in paragraph four. It remains your responsibility to check these terms periodically.
Your continued use of localseorankingfactorspro.com after we post changes means you accept the current version. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must stop using our data.
9. Contact Information
Got a specific question about these terms? Ask us. Send an email to [email protected]. We read our mail.
We usually reply within 48 hours. Do not use this email address to ask for free GBP audits or to pitch guest posts. We route those requests directly to the trash.
